What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email, phone number if you give it, the type and size of the job and your message. Our website also records basic visit data such as pages viewed and device type.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule work and send invoices. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your job.
Who sees it
Only our team and the services that help us run the business, such as email, accounting and website hosting. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months. Records for completed jobs are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes we will say so here and ask first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will act within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information in services with access controls and we only give our team the access they need. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.
